Let’s face it, a lot of us would like to get in better shape, but often cost can be an issue. Between organic food, exercise equipment, gym memberships, personal trainers, and supplements, being fit can be expensive. However, it’s still possible to get in shape without draining our bank account with a few creative diet and exercise solutions.

For example, in terms of exercise, there are a lot of effective exercises that can be done without equipment or training. For cardio, running is one of the easiest and most effective exercises around. In fact, in one hour of running about 10-minute miles, most people will shed about 600 calories! Thus, even a half hour of running can make a big difference. For strength training exercises, pushups, sit-ups, and lunges are quite effective for toning, and don’t require equipment. For diet, it’s not important to eat organic food as much as it is to avoid processed foods, sugars, and fats. Eat lots of vegetables and fruit, and avoid the rest if at all possible.

This is probably the easiest exercise that just about anyone can do unless of course you are physically impaired.Truly you can be outside, at your favorite park  or just on your block and go for it, start running or jogging, SIMPLE right!!!! WELL WRONG !!! If you are a beginner at this there are a few things you should know before you get started and hurt yourself and give up after the first try.

I personally got started to get my dog some exercise and quickly realized that there was more to it then meet the eyes, after only a half hour of it , i was out of breath , my knees ware hurting and felt that this was not for me and stopped. so i went home and did some research and find out that the best way was to first warm-up by simply walking and then stretching . Also having the proper fitting running shoes was preventing my knees from hurting and that due to my age some of my muscle ware not ready for a sudden burst of energy.I knew that running was like any other exercises, good for my heart and helping with my overall fitness  and i should keep at it ,now i follow the proper approach and run an average of two miles every morning and feel great. Running is fun and really can improve your health, simply be careful at first and learn the doe’s  and don’t and understand and listen to your body.
