I Finally Stopped the Sweat
Since I was a teenager, I always had the problem of excessive sweating. Even when it is cold, I would sweat a lot and this would cause lots of teasing from my classmates. Now that I am working, the problem is still there. I can really say that it has really affected my self-esteem.
Recently, I tried out herbal remedies for hyperhidrosis and I am thankful that they indeed worked. Some of the remedies I tried are drinking lots of tomato juice, using tea tree oil and lastly, including sage in my diet. It is said that these steps can help me with my problem and even though I was hesitant at first, I am thankful that I did try them. My problem didn’t go away overnight, but the positive effects can really be seen everyday.
Hyperhidrosis Treatments
People usually sweat when they exercise and when the temperature and humidity are high. Sweating is actually the body’s natural response to cool itself down. This is considered an instinctive and natural process, but some people suffer from hyperhidrosis, or excessive sweating, which can be uncomfortable and even embarrassing. When this occurs, a lot of people use herbal remedies for sweating which are proven to be effective.
Herbal remedies for excessive sweating may include apple cider vinegar which is one of the most popular and effective natural remedies. It can be applied directly to the area that is perspiring too much, or it can also be taken orally. The application of a combination of apple cider vinegar and lemon juice to the skin is an effective remedy for excessive sweating under the arms and other troublesome areas. Sage is both an oral and topical natural remedy for excessive sweating that is also very popular.
Patience !!!!
We all have those moments, and you all know what they are. Stop tapping your toes, running around in circle, yelling and fuming. Practicing patience is not only good for your health but will make you a better and happier person to be around as well. PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE, and being impatient is a bad habit that we need to break, not only for the people in our life but also for the sake of our own well-being. Remember that impatience is a behavior and that impatient people feel that they are special and above everyone else and should be free of the annoying inconveniences of life, that their time is more valuable , whether when driving or waiting in line .
Waiting with patience means accepting the actual circumstances and giving-up the idea that you can control the situation especially in the world of today where there is not enough hour in a day to achieve all that was expected. Being patient is not easy and it take practice and the best way to cultivate it is to remind yourself that the moment is now and train yourself to live in the present, in peace and harmony , even if you are stock in the middle of a traffic jam.
Manage your expectation for the benefit of your health by trying to turn frustration into fascination!!!!!No matter what you do the world will not be controlled by your frustration and your impatience.
