To lose weight you should exercise and diet. Unfortunately for most people exercising is a stretch. The body pain that comes with any exercise program just doesn’t appeal to most people. The best exercise program for you is the one that you enjoy the most. For me, it’s dance. I love to dance. That’s why I have lots of dance workout videos.

Dance workout videos are great. Not only will you get a great workout you will also be a great dancer. Dance workouts are mostly aerobic. The great thing about dance workouts is it’s so fun that time flies. You may not be able to run an hour but dancing for an hour is a cinch. It’s hard but it’s a cinch.
