As soon as Diwali draws near, people burn firecrackers fiercely. Due to which a lot of smoke and pollution gets spread. Due to which there are complaints of difficulty in breathing, sore throat, irritation in eyes and nose. Think about the condition of a respiratory patient or asthma patient when a normal person has to face such serious problems. So if there is an asthma patient at home on Diwali, then take these measures to protect it from this pollution and smoke.

Problems of asthma patients often start from home on Diwali. If they are having problems due to the cleanliness or color of the house, then keep them away from there or protect them with a mask.

Take special care of this that when people burn maximum firecrackers in the evening, do not leave the house. Because at that time dust and smoke spread in the highest amount. Or if you have to go out of the house then wear a mask.

Before Diwali, consult your doctor on how to deal with it if there is any problem in an emergency.

Always carry your inhaler with dust and smoke. Also, avoid going to a very humid place.

Do yoga and meditation in the morning light sun so that the mind remains calm and does not feel nervous. Also, do not stay hungry and eat such things that keep the body warm.
